About Us

Soaring Star Productions, LLC was founded in February 2003. It is owned by a husband and wife team who currently reside near Phoenix, Arizona, having spent several years living in Silicon Valley and Southern California.

Our company mission is; "to provide high quality, distinctive and entertaining educational media that will enhance and elevate the learning experience, and encourage the highest potential in every young viewer."

Soaring Star's President, Andy Beale, comes well qualified for the role. He draws from his extensive technical experience of nearly 20 years in the videogame entertainment industry. Andy worked most recently as Lead Software Engineer at a high profile software development studio. He led an 8-man programming team, working closely with artists, animators, designers and producers to create a top-selling videogame for the latest generation of home videogame consoles. Andy has programmed most of the major home consoles of the last 15 years and has also programmed, and produced music and audio for coin-op machines. He has a background in video editing, music making and cartooning.

The company's Vice President, Kate Beale is a devoted mother of two. She identified a gap in the market for simple yet absorbing children's educational media. She also has an art, design, English language and literature background, and has an active interest in marketing and advertising. Kate embraces the opportunity to assist in the creation and development of new products and to foster the continued growth and success of Soaring Star Productions, LLC

Each product we work on is important to us. Our team focuses on maintaining continuity and familiarity, which facilitates educational development, whilst introducing fun and refreshingly original ideas. Our music is also original and upbeat, and we plan carefully to provide a clear and uncluttered learning environment for the young viewer.
